Rowena Scott is the founder of Girl Bike Revolution and has been riding for 8 years, she is a skills coach working primarily with women through Girl Bike Revolution programs and She Rides (Cycling Australia). Rowena is a Level 1 Skills Instructor and she flew to Sydney in early 2017 to complete the Level 1 Road and Track Skills offered by Cycling Australia. Rowena is a Women's Ambassador for Specialized Bikes Australia, she has climbed many of the major Victorian peaks, participated in long rides of up to 250km, road from Ballarat to Adelaide (for fun) completed Cape to Cape mountain biking race and is passionate about getting you up and over that hill.



Paul McVey has been riding for 9 years, and as the other half of Girl Bike Revolution he is also well qualified as a Triathlon Australia Coach, Mountain Biking Coach and Primary School Teacher. Paul coaches athletes one-on-one with GK Endurance, has completed Busselton Ironman twice, Port to Pub, Cape to Cape, The Pipeline Challenge, Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons and other mountain biking races to name just a few. Paul is passionate about improving the ability and confidence of athletes. 



Cathi Dixon has been around cycling longer than most of us have had bikes, as an accredited Cycling Australia Skills Instructor, Cathi commonly jokes that she is doing her cycling journey backwards. From serious racer at the Western Australian Institute of Sport in her younger years where her main focus was winning, she is now focusing on participation and ensuring that riders are well skilled. 



Shayne Hanks is a Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in providing sport, exercise and performance psychology services. He is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Sport and Exercise Psychology.

Shayne has worked with Olympians and Paralympians, and athletes from the AFL, state and national cricketers, the NRL, WAIS, VIS, Victorian Golf Association (VGA), and the NBL. Shayne has also worked with elite athletes from gymnastics, triathlon, swimming, rowing, tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, basketball, netball and many other sports including equestrian. He has also assisted dancers, performing artists and musicians to perform more effectively.



Terreen Stenvers

Terreen is one of Perth’s most experienced dietitians, having worked in a variety of settings, but for the last 15 years, she has been specialising in the area of weight concern and sports nutrition.

She works in private practice and is a Consultant Sports Nutritionist to the Western Australian Institute of Sport, the West Coast Fever (Suncorp Super Netball), the inaugural Fremantle Dockers AFWL (Australian Football Womens League) team and the Sports Nutritionist for the West Coast Eagles from 2000-2015.

Terreen has a passion for working with individuals to help them improve their eating behaviours to enable them to reach their health and fitness goals. She rejects dieting culture and the focus on weight loss as a health outcome, and rather uses the innovative non-diet approach.  She is an advocate for body positivity, self-compassion and Health at Every Size.

Terreen’s personal interests include walking (with an occasional jog!), camping, reading, and supporting her children’s sporting endeavours.  Oh, she is also a very big scrabble nerd!
